was thinking about a vacuum cleaner at this site. AFter idling on a page for a certain time, they popped up a live chat window asking if i needed help.
in that particular instance i did! I asked a question and got back an answer.
I thought it was cool. And i thought it was invasive. The service model is an interesting ASP.
In this case, it’s run at velaro.com
This is pretty awesome for comparison shopping, no? Wonder what other sectors could offer informed chat…
